I bring 15+ years of comprehensive experience in all phases of heavy civil construction, with a proven background managing complex transportation and municipal infrastructure projects across Texas. I currently serve as AECOM’s Construction & Fleet Operations Manager, where I currently oversee construction inspection engineering operations and fleet functions across a large regional footprint, requiring coordination of people, equipment, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. My responsibilities include providing quality control, construction oversight, and leadership on multiple TxDOT and municipal assignments statewide. I am a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) through CMAA and hold numerous TxDOT pre-certifications, including 11.3.1 Construction Superintendent and Record Keeping. My expertise spans project planning, construction phasing, inspection oversight, materials testing coordination, and contractor management. I am highly proficient in contract administration, cost estimating, CPM scheduling support, and interpreting plans and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance. I routinely review project documentation—including contracts, plans, and specifications—and prepare required deliverables to help maintain schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Most recently, I have been leading our CEI inspection team on the Capital Express IH-35 Central Drainage Tunnel and Pump Station projects, where I provide oversight on pay estimates, alignment reviews for accurate contractor payment, and coordination among project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
