ABOUT JUSTIN M. SCHNEIDER

Justin Schneider is the founding attorney of Schneider Injury Law, PLLC, known publicly as Schneider Car Accident & Injury Firm, & is widely recognized as The Honest Attorney for his no-nonsense approach to client advocacy, legal transparency, and trial-ready representation. He has recovered over $10 million in settlements for clients and has personally handled more than 500 personal injury cases, including a $1.1 million settlement for a slip and fall victim & a $1 million car accident settlement.Mr. Schneider’s distinguished legal career spans both public service and private practice. He began in 2014 at a prominent Miami law firm handling complex construction defect and contract litigation. He then served in the Florida House of Representatives, advising on legislative initiatives for District 87.Before launching his own firm, Mr. Schneider was a felony prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he first-chaired over 30 jury trials & advocated for thousands of victims. He prosecuted high-stakes felonies, including life felonies, civil traffic fatalities, and juvenile matters.In private practice, he worked at both high-volume and high-value personal injury firms, gaining broad experience across auto accidents, traumatic brain injuries, negligent security, and catastrophic injury litigation. He most recently worked at Schlesinger Law, focusing on complex wrongful death and serious injury cases involving trucking accidents, TBI, & dangerous premises.Mr. Schneider is licensed to practice in Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, went to study at Oxford University’s St. Edmund Hall, focusing on comparative legal contracts and English legal history. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable J. Lawrence Johnston at the Division of Administrative Hearings and was a top competitor on FSU\'s BLSA Mock Trial Team, advancing to regionals in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.Committed to his profession and community, Mr. Schneider has served on the Board of Directors for the Historic Stranahan House Museum, was a Young Leaders Board Member for the Palm Beach County Justice Association, & is a graduate of Leadership Broward Class XLI. He remains active in the Palm Beach Bar Association, the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, & the Stephen R. Booher Inn of Court.
