MBA and BSc (Hons) degree educated and experienced telecommunications professional having worked for blue-chip companies Orange and NTL and as a consultant with T-Mobile. As a project manager, he has an excellent record in the delivery of large scale projects including the Ericcsson/One-2-One turnkey project and the Orange deployment of 3G capability to the UK. Under a current remit to improve operational performance, he has implemented Vendor Relationship Management, Industry Benchmarking and the use of Six Sigma techniques in identifying project efficiencies.Key Achievements:Management of Acquisition & Design Team in the delivery of Airwave GBNr Project to the United Kingdom. Managed project team in the delivery of 3G capability to UK’s top ten cities enabling Orange to be the first Operator to achieve 60% population coverage. Completed value chain analysis for Implementation department, identifying outsourcing opportunities and, thereafter, implementing pilot projects to test forecast savings of 20%.
