There are times when we must be courageous to take the lead and other times when we need to take the back seat. I have always had the passion that there is a way for technology to help improve everything that we do. From my early days of traveling across the globe it was evident that technology was going to play an important part of the future and when you deliver the right solution, customers will come. The customer always comes first. My leadership style embraces this. I work with my team to ensure they have what they need to connect with the customer and provide better engagement through delivering a simple strategy and subsequently solutions that exceed customer expectations. None of my successes have been without good mentors and or great teams. I believe in finding and hiring the right talent - who can think differently and are empowered to do so - is of utmost importance. My aim is always to set a simple strategy and vision, once I understand the customers needs - and then unleash the team to deliver on that with continuous coaching and accountability.
