ABOUT JUSTIN LERMA
I lead the Digital Services and FinOps practice at ASI Government where I\'ve had the opportunity to teach and advise acquisition and program personnel on building acquisition strategies and awards for a variety of IT procurements. If that isn\'t fun enough, my work has allowed me to work with more than 30 federal agencies (and 500 Contracting Officers and Specialists) to identify flexible acquisition strategies and develop and deliver professional development courses to better inform acquisitions, improve costs associated with cloud spend, and the management of contracts.
