About Justin Lee
As we spend most of our lives at work, having a career that is rewarding and enjoyable is imperative. In order to create the perfect work environment, listening to employee suggestions and concerns, working collaboratively, and thinking inventively are a few things that are absolutely necessary. Through effective communication and my outgoing personality, connecting with employees comes easy. My passion has always been to help develop people in different aspects of their lives, whether that be at work or in their home lives. After completing my college career at East Carolina University, I have been pursuing my dreams of working to help others. I am a customer service focused, versatile employee always looking for a way to improve upon systems in order to create a more efficient and effective work environment. My experience as a supervisor, working in hospitality, and my education in business would allow me to acclimate to any job quickly. Having an innovative mind, being an analytical thinker, and having the ability to come up with successful business solutions are a few examples of tools that I possess that would make me a great asset to any company.
