About Justin Lacombe
I lead a team of engineers and technicians in support of process development, device manufacturing and technical transfer of clinical supplies. My work spans multiple projects chiefly in the area of inhalation (mDPI). I have been a leader in the integration of drug-device combinations at my facility seeking to integrate design controls with a quality by design (QbD) approach to pharmaceutical development. I have sought to empower and teach members of my team to independently manage their projects and broaden their experiences beyond process development to \"see the big picture.\" My responsibilities also include creation and tracking of budgets and capital projects.
