About Justin Holt

I have spent the past six years perfecting my leadership skills and following skills while in the New Hampshire Army National Guard. From there, I took my talents to become a founding father at the Provisional Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha at UNH. Through those I have learned both public speaking skills, personal relation skills and listening skills that I hope to eventually transfer into the workplace. My two biggest accomplishments to date would be my admittance into the Paul School of Business where I will learn the skills needed to be a valuable asset in any professional environment. Furthermore, I was promoted into the Non-Commissioned Officer Corps which gives me the opportunity to lead, grow, and develop soldiers of all ages, backgrounds, and demographics to be the best person and soldier they can be.

   Diesel Mechanic Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of a two man team of mechanics tasked with the repair and preventative maintenance of many hundreds of thousands of dollars with of military equipment. Furthermore, I am overseeing the professional and personal development of soldiers in my care. My certifications include Combat Lifesaving, Hotel 8 Wheeled Vehicle Recovery, Unit Safety Officer, and Environmental Compliance. I have attended three in-person and online leadership schools in which I have been able to use those skills in my military and civilian life.
