About Justin Kurk
I am an experienced project engineer in the renewable natural gas industry and a graduate from Marquette University with a Master of Science (M.S.) Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I previously graduated from the same institution with a Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) also in Mechanical Engineering. I currently hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license from the State of Wisconsin and anticipate acquiring my Professional Engineer (P.E.) license upon successful completion of the requisite work experience and P.E. exam. I hope to continue to grow in the RNG industry into a position oriented around hands-on research, development, and testing of technology designed to improve energy efficiency or assisting customers, manufactures, and entire industries in the implementation of new technology that will optimize energy use. I was previously employed as a Fluid Power Engineer in the Industrial Systems Group at Price Engineering where I was responsible for quoting and designing industrial hydraulic systems. In the short term I hope to continue to grow and develop as a young engineer. I have a strong interest in energy efficiency and would like to apply the skills I gained in both school and my previous work experience to offer more energy efficient solutions to the problems of today.
