ABOUT JUSTIN KREBS

I have 34+ years of experience within the engineering industry with over 20 of those years within the composite bearings manufacturing sector.Gaining extensive knowledge and experience in a diverse cross section of roles including 15 years hands on manufacturing and supervision, Moving on to the last 15+ years in management including Production Planning, Production Engineering, Project Management, Quality control, Technical Sales, Production Management and ultimately Production Director / Operations Manager.Working my way through the ranks has not only given me a first class understanding and knowledge of production, machining and manufacturing techniques, but also allowed me to develop excellent people and communication skills, together these enable me to communicate comfortably with all levels of management, staff and customers, build solid relationships, motivate staff and optimise production systems – typically resulting in reduced costs, high levels of efficiency and maximised output and profitability. My extensive experience enables me to provide support and technical knowledge to sales teams, design engineers and customers.
