I’m a Senior Project Manager with experience in conceptual estimating, design-build, and hard-bid projects across a wide range of markets including commercial, industrial/manufacturing, education, healthcare, municipal, and multi-family.I’m responsible for the overall planning, execution, and control of projects, including team coordination, schedule implementation and maintenance, budget management, and oversight of both self-performed and subcontracted trade work. I’m involved from preconstruction through closeout, helping teams set projects up correctly early and execute with discipline through turnover.What I enjoy most about construction is that every project is different, building methods continue to evolve, and success depends on adaptability, strong communication, and tight coordination. I stay focused on leveraging the right tools, processes, and field support to keep projects aligned on scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
