ABOUT JUSTIN KAHL

Justin’s leadership ability is underpinned by a solid technical background which draws upon over 24 years of experience in the electrical automation industry. Justin’s ability to embrace emerging market opportunities is reflected in his track record for delivering sustainable, profitable growth, and combined with his passion for the business and clients.Starting as a Project Manager, Justin quickly moved into Senior Project Management roles being responsible for managing major projects throughout their entire project lifecycle, often managing multiple projects simultaneously and managing and mentoring a team of project managers to support him in the delivery of his projects.This strong foundation led to the role of Group Business Manager where Justin was responsible for the management of a $12M business within SAGE Automation. The role included the management of the project delivery team, key account management, financial accountability to the General Manager, HR, budgeting, and strategic planning. Due to the successful results that Justin achieved for SAGE and his customers, he moved into the role of SA State Manager.Justin was also instrumental in the formation and management of the startup SAGE NSW business and responsible for the transition and management of the acquired Automation business in the Northern Territory to underpin the national growth strategy of the business.Over time this led to Justin moving into the role of General Manager Central Western Region which encompassed responsibility for strategy and operations of the SA, NT, and WA businesses, with all regions seeing strong growth and performance under his stewardship.In his current role as General Manager South Australia, Justin is directly responsible for overseeing all facets of operations in South Australia and fostering strong working relationships with senior executives of SAGE’s major clients. Justin is an active member of the executive team that reports directly to the COO regarding national strategy and operations.
