Completes all warehousing activities including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing sup-port, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Proce-dures.• Able to perform all activities of a Material Handler 2.• Utilizes pallet jacks, stand-up reach trucks, sit-down reach trucks, turret trucks, and electric rider jacks, box trucks to unload/load material and transport it between areas.• Able to obtain and/or has been certified on multiple types of material handling equipment.• Performs transactions in ERP/WMS system including but not limited to shipping, entering cycle counts and material receipts, shipments, etc.• Able to investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues utilizing ERP/WMS system (Korber).• Broad knowledge of Oracle ERP/High Jump WMS system.• Able to perform intermediate functions in Excel including such as creating tables, sorting/filtering data, etc.• Able to coordinates inbound and outbound freight.• Able to support international shipping activity.• Cross-trained in multiple functions in the warehouse(s) such as receiving, shipping, and inventory con-trol.• In collaboration with supervisors, assists in implementing process improvement ideas.• Assists in leading daily team meetings to review team performance and daily workload.• Provides hands on training to new employees/temporary employees on warehouse functions.• Helps assign activities to team based on priorities set by leadership.• Creates and/runs basic reports around performance metrics.• Investigates a resolves basic customer requests from internal partners.• Maintaining adequate inventory for the Receiving Inspections department to inspect for release/rejection of received materials• Printing orders for the day, prioritizing /delegating the workload and ensuring it is completed ensuring safety quality and compliance.
