ABOUT JUSTIN HOPKINSON
As the founder and talent manager of Elysian Talent, I leverage my JD skills and my passion for esports and gaming to help influencers and content creators achieve their vision and create lasting partnerships with brands. I launched the company in June 2023, after working as a head coach and assistant coach for youth ice hockey teams for over seven years, where I gained valuable experience in client management, team management, performance management, and conflict resolution.With my background in sports business management and contract drafting, I have a deep understanding of the creator economy and the opportunities and challenges that come with it. I work with creators to develop their content strategy, negotiate their deals, and protect their rights and interests. I also connect them with endemic and non-endemic brands that are willing to work with OTT creators and media, and facilitate win-win collaborations. My goal is to empower creators to turn their platform into a career and to make a positive impact on their audience and the industry.
