About Justin Herold

I\'m a servant through church and community, a food and drink enthusiast, a biochemist by degree and a technology geek at heart. Time with my wife, daughter and two sons is what matters most to me and them being proud of me is inspiring. My children visit me at what they call the \"Daddy Dream Center\", which is the service center of excellence I was blessed to help build, where I get the pleasure of leading incredible people who are passionate about caring for customers around the world (and who occasionally bring cake into the office.which is good for both me and my kids). There are three interests that shape me professionally: 1) Playing and improving at chess2) Studying languages 3) Learning technology I am motivated by the combination of strategy, hard work in preparation, intellectual challenge in execution and fun that comes with these endeavors. I also love that these bring me into relationships and interactions with people from all around the world. These same motivations and inspirations fill my career of over 20 years. I continually learn and grow and have had the great opportunity to work with many talented people around the world. These opportunities have created extensive experience in global leadership with focus areas of business strategy, technical service, customer experience, digital transformation, technology innovation, process improvement, project management, supply chain expansion, engineering and more.
