Manage planning, forecasting and replenishment for FRAM, TRICO, Autolite, Strongarm, and Hopkins at Advance Auto. • Lead bi-weekly CPFR calls with the customer to discuss upcoming events, fill rates, shortages and any other needs. • Work daily with Sales, Supply Chain, Forecasting, Customer Service and the Distribution Center to be able to track inbound to improve fill rates. • Provide updated forecast for each business unit by reviewing sales, customer projections, promotions and statistical data monthly (1k+ parts across all business units).• Responsible for tracking inbound for all promotions and new planograms to make sure product arrives on time and ships to the customer accordingly. • Fostered good relationships with customers inventory planning and demand teams to discuss correcting projections/forecast files and improving in-stocks.
