I have several years of experience of on the phone jobs. My current role I am a Customer Success Manager and am in charge of all major clients using NetSuite with our software. Before this role i was a Project Manager and have been successful at bringing the Software we provide implemented for several customers as well as help them along the way with any technical issues we have along the way.
