ABOUT JUSTIN HARVEY

I am passionate about fitness, promoting a better way of life through physical activity and wellbeing; I began my career as a pro footballer before becoming a personal trainer, working my way up to my current role as GM and as such I lead from the front and always maintain a \'hands on\' approach. Not one to rest on my laurels, I am ambitious and results driven, I have created a high performance environment in my clubs through effective leadership, motivation and above all, empowerment of my staff. I am a firm believer that a happy workforce is a productive workforce. Similarly I shape my team to achieve their common goal by working together seamlessly. Creating a great place to work is foremost amongst my priorities which in turn make for an exceptional member experience and excellence in service. Continuous improvement and attention to the finer detail has been a constant focus for me, exceeding brand standards and KPI\'s regularly. I love to work autonomously, operational accountability is a key driver and I am well versed at managing my own P&L. I need to be challenged constantly; I prefer to work to stretching targets. Ultimately I like to work in an environment which shares the same passion and values for creating an unforgettable, innovative and dare I say surprising fitness journey for members, but also an inspirational place to work for employees; a 360 degree exceptional environment!
