At Keen we believe in creating an environment that is win-win for all involved and we are proving that is possible. We believe in empowering the individual in their investments, wealth creation and maximizing their retirement potential. We believe that together we can create better neighborhoods, jobs, tax base all while creating strong returns for our client. We believe in keeping costs low, producing a strong, well-developed product to maximize returns for our investors. Currently we accomplish our client goals primarily through real estate investment. We buy and renovate for resale or buy and customize for a particular client. Through the latter we are able to give our clients the opportunity to create the home they want, potentially including options and fixtures, to their specifications and end up with a property that they can buy with equity RIGHT AWAY! Our contractor is environmentally conscious recycling and reusing whenever possible. We are actively pursuing our first opportunity outside of real estate investing in a small start-up company. We are excited to pursue small business concepts that we would fund using client equity to build the business providing returns for our clients. We are always growing and keeping our mind open to creative concepts and business models as well as existing businesses as investments for our clients. We believe that knowledge is power and hold seminars and events to educate on the benefits and opportunities in real estate and other investments as well as the investment potential and power of utilizing a self-directed IRA as an investment vehicle. I have a strong financial background and over 10 years of real estate-related accounting and investing experience. I am well-versed in the Denver market\'s investment opportunities. I put my clients first and have a strong referral base and am proud of our recurring clients and growing client base.
