ABOUT JUSTIN HANSON

I serve as trusted outside general counsel to enterprises operating at the local, regional, national, and international levels. My practice specializes in internal and external dispute resolution and litigation advisory services, and corporate and commercial transactions. I unlock key strategies for growth by crafting precise communications that move stakeholders and persuade target audiences. I solve complex problems as a creative powerhouse, skilled listener, and room reader.At Fornaro Law, I am a member of our Firm management committee. I find fulfillment helping colleagues and the Firm develop and hit key performance objectives. I take pride in cultivating a positive and fulfilling work environment. As a colleague, I thrive in collaborative settings with open communication. My background includes work on Capitol Hill as a policy analyst for Congressional leadership offices, and over a decade of commercial litigation experience in the private sector and as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Civil Actions Bureau of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. In addition to my practice and work at the Firm, I was an adjunct professor at Chicago-Kent College of Law. I am passionate about working toward fair outcomes, providing my clients with counsel they value, and earning the respect of peers and colleagues through clear communications and constant integrity.
