For me, the greatest thing anyone can do both on and off the job is learn. Learning defines who we are as we shape both ourselves and the world around us. This is something I\'ve come to deeply value in my professional life since my time working in Higher Education and Behavioral Health. As a business leader, the key things you need to know about me are that I appreciate people, inspire business growth, make deadlines, know the value of listening, and have a supreme passion for learning. My specialties are operations management, marketing (SEO, PPC, PPL, paid social), CRM development and strategy, data analysis, and strategic vision and Revenue Cycle Management. When I started at Landmark Recovery we were only generating a year in revenue. Fast forward to 2022, we are a revenue generating machine.

Drawing on years of experience in healthcare leadership and a child who was diagnosed with level 3 Autism at the age of 20 months, I am passionate about fostering a collaborative and client-centered environment that prioritizes the unique needs of each child.At Phoenix Autism Center, we aim to be more than a service provider; we are partners in each child’s journey, helping them reach their fullest potential through tailored therapy programs and a warm, supportive atmosphere. With a skilled team of BCBAs, therapists, and administrative leaders, we ensure high-quality, child-led compassionate care, guided by best practices in autism therapy and operational excellence.Whether navigating operational challenges, expanding our footprint, or developing strategic initiatives, I strive to create a culture of respect, innovation, and continuous improvement for both our clients and our team. My goal is to build not only a clinic but a community where children with autism and their families feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
