ABOUT JUSTIN GRINER

As a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Pharmacist (BCEMP) and Residency Program Director at Regional One Health—one of the nation\'s busiest trauma centers—I advance patient care and pharmacy practice. With a PharmD from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and an MBA from the University of Memphis, I am passionate about translating scientific evidence into patient care. In my current role, I direct the Emergency Medicine PGY-2 residency program, precepting pharmacy students and residents while co-founding and co-chairing the ROH Opioid Stewardship Committee. This initiative has optimized pain management protocols through evidence-based guidelines and multidisciplinary collaboration. A dedicated pharmacy leader, I have shaped national and state-level policy as Vice Speaker of the Tennessee Pharmacists Association (TPA) House of Delegates, President of the Tennessee Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and as a recurring ASHP House of Delegates representative. As Co-Chair of the TPA Public Policy Committee (2018–2022) and Chair of the TSHP Strategic Planning Committee (2020–2022), have influenced areas such as legislative priorities, demonstrating my ability to foster partnerships and drive therapeutic advancements.Recognized with awards including TPA Tom C. Sharp Pharmacist of the Year (2025), UT College of Pharmacy Recent Alumnus of the Year (2023), Memphis Business Journal Healthcare Hero (2021) and TSHP Pharmacist of the Year (2020).
