At Advanced Energy, I oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of top-priority DC products through the Product Development Process (PDP). My role involves coordinating production plans for new products, ensuring material availability to meet project deadlines. I manage on-time delivery (OTD) goals for products by committed ship dates, proactively resolving capacity, material constraints, and other potential schedule interruptions.I approve unit quantities, schedules, and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete issuance of production material requirements. Additionally, I manage and implement New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and coordinate with engineering to create and maintain up-to-date Bills of Material (BOMs) in SAP.I provide data analytics support to the global engineering planning team by automating a weekly Excel NPI “On-Time Delivery” report, significantly enhancing efficiency. Furthermore, I developed a VBA spreadsheet to streamline the inventory request process from the stockroom, making it exceptionally user-friendly for those less familiar with Excel.
