   My Consulting responsibilities included:Consulting Architect and Deliver Delivered a Globally Scalable Enterprise Oracle R12.1.3 CRM After-Sales Service Center Solution marking the company’s first North American Service Entrance. The solution included complex Install Base interfaces from offshore Supply Chain Systems including to Oracle R12 Install Base Feeder system included Oracle R11 and other disparate systems within the current infrastructure. The application footprint included TeleService, Contact Center, Knowledge Management, Field Service (Third Party Technician Portal), UWQ, Charges, Service Contracts and a Custom Integration to a Panasonic Telephone System to Oracle Advanced Inbound and CTI Integration. Also included was a business specific Oracle Quality Solution to Manage and Control Defect Management where multiple Problem Codes, Defect Codes, and Resolution Codes can be associated with a given Service Request to support Service Metrics and Operational Reporting. Collection Elements were extended to include custom SQL Validation to enforce interdependencies between Product Category, Problem Code, Defect Code and Resolution Code.Contact Center User Interface Optimizations were also delivered, as well as Customer Product Registration Portal. Additional responsibilities included Thought Leadership and collaborating with a team onshore, landed resources and offshore shore functional and technical resources to deliver this End-To-End solution, data conversion, and end user training and deployment in an unprecedented 6 months timeline first take.
