Currently, the VP of Engineering for SDK Development at Apryse. I lead the strategic and technical direction for the SDK engineering teams globally at Apryse. Responsible for building and scaling high-performance SDK engineering organizations that power the core of the world-class server, web, and mobile applications developed by our customers.Previously at Amazon Web Services (AWS), the business delivered global Cloud capabilities for customers via an ever-growing network of hyperscale data centers. As a Software Development Manager with over a decade of experience, I lead technical teams focused on building secure, highly available tools and services to monitor and control data center infrastructure. Underpinning the security, availability, and cost effectiveness of AWS services for customers globally. My core strengths include driving the software development lifecycle (SDLC) along with technical roadmap development and delivery, leading security champions initiatives across the business, driving operational excellence, and fostering innovation via talent development and performance management. With a proven track record and over a decade of leadership experience in engineering and software development, and cross-discipline team development management, I have delivered programs across the embedded systems and equipment design and development, SAAS, hyperscale data center, and most recently, SDK development spaces.
