If you’re my competitor, just know I’m constantly thinking about how to outwork, out-execute, and outlast you. I probably swear a little too much, but I chalk that up to passion.I’m a fighter, not reckless, but relentless. I fight for my company. I fight for my people. I fight for the client experience. I fight to make sure the numbers make sense. If something isn’t right, I won’t quietly accept it.I’ve built businesses in competitive markets by staying disciplined on fundamentals: strong unit economics, clear systems, accountability, and ownership at every level. I’ve had wins, losses, screw-ups, recoveries, and enough lessons to know that ego kills progress faster than failure ever will.Titles don\'t impress me. Grit does. Growth & ownership does. A good comeback story does.Still building. Still refining. Still humble enough to know I don’t have it all figured out, yet.
