As a real estate professional with robust experience in affordable housing development, investment, and preservation across a dozen states, I have executed a score of new acquisitions and rehabilitations exceeding $750M of total development costs and preserving units through various combinations of capital structures, including: 4% LIHTC; Tax-Exempt Bonds; HUD 221(d)(4) and 223(f) programs; financings (including permanent and forwards) via Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and various state housing agencies; and, subordinate soft loans with city/county partners.Trained in finance and accounting and registered as a CPA in the state of Michigan, I draw on my wide variety of transactional experiences at both large public companies as well as small, privately-owned businesses.
