Create business efficiencies, propose ideas and set them in motion.• Architected an AI-driven CMMC 2.0 compliance automation framework, defining a modular agent-based system to streamline assessments, evidence generation, and SSP/POA & M reporting.• Designed the agentic structure, workflow sequencing, and shared data models for a multi-agent pipeline, including Intake, CISO Oversight, Assessment, and Tracker agents aligned to NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 2 and 800-171A objectives.• Developed a fully traceable, auditable workflow for control assessments, integrating policy ingestion, gap analysis, SSP generation, and POA & M entry logic into a cohesive system blueprint.• Directed the strategic roadmap for AI-powered compliance at a CISO level, with a focus on audit readiness, document traceability, and future integration with SIEM, MDM, and cloud-native logging tools.
