Since being elected Chairman of Lichfields in January 2014, I have been developing my corporate national role within the business alongside leading the Leeds office of Lichfields. I have also been leading some major development projects, including acting as planning project management lead on the Anglo American Woodsmith Mine Project - now focussing on implementation phases. The Leeds office continues to thrive - Lichfields is acting on some major projects in Leeds and the Yorkshire area in general for some top clients. Patricularly pleased to have won 2019\'s RICS National Commercial Project Award for the stunning Wedding Barn conversion of the historic Bolton Abbey Tithe Barn for the Chatsworth Estate. Delighted to have led on the planning - successfully securing outline consent for the new Leeds General Infirmary. Now helping with enabaling works and looking forward to the detailed design and construction phases.
