ABOUT JUSTIN GARCIA

With over a decade of experience in innovation, manufacturing, and strategic planning, I’ve always been driven by a passion for solving complex challenges, quality assurance and optimizing operational performance. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading cross-functional teams, aligning projects with business objectives, and driving transformational change. Whether it’s through Lean and Agile methodologies or fostering a culture of continuous improvement, I strive to create strategies that position organizations for long-term success. I’ve had the opportunity to work on groundbreaking initiatives, including spearheading the development of 3D printing solutions for Boeing and implementing 5S best practices across the entire program. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how to bridge the gap between innovation and operational efficiency, always focusing on delivering measurable outcomes and fostering collaboration across teams. Throughout my career, I have been able to deliver significant improvements. For example, I successfully implemented 5S best practices across the entire Boeing program, driving operational efficiency and standardization. I led workflow projects that generated a strong ROI by streamlining processes and creating strategic plans. Additionally, I played a key role in enhancing tooling designs using BPSM, resulting in a remarkable 97% reduction in defects. I also created and led training programs on Lean manufacturing and process improvement, which elevated operational performance across teams. My work in 3D printing and prototype design earned me multiple patents and industry recognition for innovations that pushed the boundaries of additive manufacturing in ITAR and commercial environments. Diversity and inclusion have always been at the forefront of my leadership style, and I’ve worked hard to build inclusive environments that foster creativity and diverse perspectives. I believe that great strategies are developed when diverse teams collaborate, and I’ve made it a priority to integrate those values into all of my projects. As I continue on my journey as a strategist, I’m excited about the opportunities to connect, innovate, and drive success in new and impactful ways.
