ABOUT JUSTIN FUNEZ
As a first-generation college student and immigrant to the United States I have had the privilege to explore different career paths. From marketing and sales to activism and politics, my interests are broad-ranging. In these different areas I have had developed my skills as a team manager, in public speaking, and creating economically sustainable models that can escalate over time. As a young latino activist in the gun violence prevention movement, I have been featured in news outlets such as Univision Los Angeles, Mashable, The Washington Post, and Angelus News.Topics which drive my day-to-day passion include gun violence prevention, youth leadership development, social entrepreneurship, innovative technologies, and world politics.
