At Genius Games I work as a contracted development assistant to design and project manage board games at each stage of production. Principally, I aid the team\'s full time developers as we iterate on licensed games in early development, but I also assist the project management of puzzles and games in print. I observe and learn from the marketing and operations sides of the business, and also improve game UI and rulebook design.
