About Justin Fordinal
Creating something from nothing has been a common theme in my life. With an approach of descending into the particulars, cultivating systems/ processes, and constantly looking for opportunities to improve, I successfully grew a small organization to over 500 people in less than five years. I took my previous experiences and created the Business Advisory division at Core Group Resources. My acquired skills help me see connections/ patterns and how those interact with the people who are responsible for an organization. With my expertise, I am able to provide an objective perspective to assess a company\'s strengths, challenges, and opportunities.
