ABOUT JUSTIN FISHER

I am Operations Director at Mitchell’s (Gloucester) Ltd, working alongside the Managing Director to ensure business stability, operational continuity and sustainable performance across all departments.My role bridges strategic leadership and technical delivery. I oversee operational performance while also leading the development of technical design solutions and detailed proposals for clients across a wide range of HVAC applications. I work closely with our management team to ensure projects are commercially controlled, safely delivered and aligned with programme expectations from concept through to handover.Our projects span cold stores, clean rooms, AHU refurbishments and upgrades, air conditioning systems, chillers and complex HVAC installations. We support clients ranging from blue-chip organisations, NHS and pharmaceutical facilities through to high-profile landmark buildings in London and across the UK.My career began on the tools as an engineer, progressing into project management and ultimately into senior leadership. That practical background allows me to combine technical understanding with commercial awareness and programme control. I have been involved in and led project design, value engineering, bespoke system solutions, retail and sales support, contractual documentation and direct client liaison.Alongside operational leadership, I continue to head up technical proposal development, ensuring our engineered solutions are robust, compliant and commercially sound.Health and safety remains a core focus. Over the last five years I have strengthened my expertise in this area and now lead the business in maintaining high standards of QHSE performance. In 2024 I completed and passed the NEBOSH General Certificate and became a member of IOSH.I am a graduate of Bath College and a proud member of the Institute of Refrigeration.
