ABOUT JUSTIN FISCHER
Experienced Electrician, completed IEC/AEC and JATC apprenticeship programs. Current and proud Member of the IBEW local 683 Worked as Electrical Foreman prior to transitioning into an Estimator, Project Manager role. I continue to use these skills almost daily I was fortunate to be given an opportunity as Construction Manager for AWS and promoted to Senior Construction Manager. AWS provided the volume and scale of work that I could never replace. I learned to manage multiple large scale projects while driving innovation and continuous improvement. Worked as Lead Construction Manager for Facebook/Meta. Meta provided space to grow as a person and Construction Manger. The experience at Meta and knowledge of how to be a be an ally and the importance of DEI to our rapidly growing industry was invaluable, and is a torch I will continue to carry. Worked for Walbridge Construction who provided yet another opportunity to grow, and apply what I have learned in this rapidly growing industry as Mission Critical Director of Projects Central Ohio Region. 🪃 Back Home @AWS!
