With over 27 years of experience in law enforcement, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of intelligence, Real Time Crime technology, and training. As the Lieutenant of Intelligence Division at Spokane County Sheriff\'s Office, I oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of critical information, and advanced technology to support the agency\'s operations and strategic initiatives. In addition, I am an instructor at the National Association of Field Training Officers, where I have achieved the Master FTO designation, and at the WA Criminal Justice Training Commission, where I am a state certified general instructor. I have taught multiple courses on topics such as evidence-based practice, leadership, communication, and use of force. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with the next generation of law enforcement professionals, and I am always eager to learn from others. My mission is to improve the quality and effectiveness of law enforcement services, and to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration in the field.
