About Justin Eggen
Justin Eggen was born in Florida, USA, in 1989. He is best known for his award-winning \'War Poetry,\' written from his experiences in the Marine Corps in Afghanistan searching for Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), and the gritty short story \'Teufelhunden:1918\', as well as the \'Adahy Saga.\' He is a Father, 2x National Award-Winning poet, Political Science scholar, and Marine Corps Veteran. Justin Eggen served in active-duty Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012 as a combat engineer attached to the 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, serving in Marjah 2010 & and Sangin 2011. He holds a B.A. & M.A. in Political Science and is a current Ph.D. student at Florida Atlantic University.
