I am currently an international mobile staff for Doctors Without Borders Canada as a logistics manager. In this role I oversee a 60+ person national staff working exclusively in french. I oversee construction/rehabilitation, applied security, transportation, electricity, and ICT. I recently completed my MBA at Warwick business school, with a speciality in sustainability. Prior to my MBA I worked 5+ years as a mechanical engineer in heavy industry. I\'ve evolved from hands-on fieldwork to a leading engineering role. Now leading a technical team in a high insecurity environment, my journey has equipped me with an understanding of operational dynamics and the nuances of managing stakeholders to execute projects.
