I started my journey with Southland Battery in late as a shop helper testing forklift batteries, stripping tar seals, pulling cells and learning to solder lead. From shop, to delivery driver and installer, PM helper, lead PM tech and department lead, I was asked to join the management team as assistant service manager in \'05. Since then, I have managed battery and charger maintenance and service operations at Southland Battery, as well as Texas Motive Solutions. I have 22+ years of experience in the industry and am proud to be a part of Concentric where customers come first, and our expert technicians centered around our customers follow.
