I am Of Counsel in Gibson Dunn\'s Labor and Employment Practice Group. I am an experienced trial lawyer, litigator, and corporate counselor who regularly advises parent companies, boards of directors, and C-Suite executives on all areas of employment law. I have represented employers in federal, state, administrative, and arbitral forums in single plaintiff, class action, and other complex employment litigations involving claims relating to discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour issues, restrictive covenants, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and the WARN Act. I also regularly advise on high-stakes employment issues involving executive onboarding, departures, and misconduct, mass exoduses and employee raids, planned hirings of key personnel from competitors, customer and client poaching, coordinated and isolated misappropriation efforts, sensitive employment-related internal investigations including with respect to allegations of harassment, as well as various employment-related issues pertaining to organizational changes such as reductions in force, restructurings, reorganizations and changes of control. My industry experience is equally broad, spanning financial services, private equity, asset management, consulting, insurance brokerage, manufacturing, retail, and technology, among others. I have been consistently recognized as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers (20••••23) and regularly publish articles on employment law issues.
