Manage the strategic sourcing of more than $100MM of fiber to the Georgetown Mill - Responsible for the training, development, and safety of a sourcing team comprised of one procurement specialist, five procurement representatives, and five remote fiber processing team members - Responsible for identifying synergies across our wood sourcing enterprise; identifying and executing strategic sourcing plans to best optimize our supply chain to deliver the lowest sustainable source of fiber to our facilities - Successfully negotiate contracts and develop relationships with fiber suppliers - Work with our manufacturing partners to develop efficient supply chain operations to help make our location a \"Destination of Choice\" for our wood suppliers
