About Justin Delfino
Professional Experience:Management professional and team leader with experience in Owner\'s Representative and consulting business as well as operations management. Inclination and ability to work with executive leadership and all layers of project contributors. My experience is concentrated in the Southwest United States. Experienced in land use analysis, estimation, entitlement and permitting processes, public/private outreach, and risk assessment. I have worked in residential, technology healthcare and other commercial sectors. I am experienced with claim mitigation and quality assurance strategy development. Key strengths are in contract enforcement, conflict resolution, constructability review, and relationship building. My personal mission is to lead teams to complete profitable work ethically and efficiently.My professional experience began while I was a working student while attending Arizona State University. I am a member of the 6th graduating class from Arizona State\'s School of Design\'s -\"Housing and Urban Development,\" Bachelor in Science. The program was initiated by Dr. Richard Lai, who combined curriculum from ASU\'s school of Law, Planning, Engineering, Architecture, and Sociology. I was able to balance a work life (in the construction field), and athletic career through out my collegiate experience. I am passionate about building meaningful projects and lasting relationships.
