I am the Director of First-Year Housing and Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach at the University of Dubuque, where I support student success both in the residence halls and on the field. I’m passionate about creating environments where students feel connected, supported, and equipped to thrive throughout their college experience.My role blends student development, operations management, leadership, and mentoring; allowing me to build strong community engagement while guiding student-athletes toward their academic, personal, and athletic goals.Previously, I worked in the sports industry with the Madison Mallards and Madison Night Mares as the Ticket Sales and Service Coordinator. In that position, I focused on relationship-building, customer experience, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
