Keyed invoices into our system for our vendors to receive their proper payment, specifically for Canada vendors.• Responsible for setting up our vendors with accounts to our new supplier portal – NOVS.o Worked with IT Department and vendors if there were any issues with account setup.• Maintained assigned inboxes to avoid any backlogging of emails.o NOVS, CAN Invoice Keying, Export Emails and RTV Summary Inboxes.• Ran a weekly RTV Summary Report for all vendors with incorrect invoices through Excel.o Weekly updated vendor emails that were no longer valid.• Corrected any invoices that needed new information with banking updates or terms updates through Oracle.o Changes payment terms and banking information for quicker payments to vendors. • Provided support to team members or departments that needed assistance for any miscellaneous tasks.
