I’m Justin Cox, Vice President of Operations, author of \"Write Now: How To Pursue Your Dream And Start Writing Today!\", and founder of The Writing Cooperative. I work at the intersection of systems, storytelling, and SOPs.In my full-time role as a senior operations leader, I build scalable infrastructure, align teams, and execute on vision. I work across departments to strengthen processes, clarify priorities, and create the conditions for sustainable growth. Operations, at its core, is creative problem-solving — designing systems that reduce friction, increase accountability, and empower teams to perform at a high level.I’ve been writing and publishing online since the late ’90s and have watched the internet evolve from an open frontier into a complex ecosystem shaped by corporate influence, distorted incentives, and power imbalances. I’ve seen how it connects cultures and expands opportunity — and how it divides and distorts. That tension informs both my creative work and my operational philosophy.I understand that miscommunication compounds risk, slows execution, and erodes trust. Clear communication is not optional — it is foundational. I strive to embody Brené Brown’s principle that “clear is kind,” because alignment, transparency, and directness are essential to both strong teams and healthy communities.
