ABOUT JUSTIN COX

Don\'t tell me the sky\'s the limit when there are footprints on the moon.\" I like to live by those words, as I believe there is no limit to what I\'m capable of doing in the sports industry. I am a highly motivated and disciplined prospective industry professional looking to work in professional sport operations. As a senior in the Hart School for Sport, Recreation and Hospitality Management at James Madison University, I have had the incredible experiences of volunteering at the 2023 NCAA Men\'s Final Four Tournament in Houston, Texas and the 2024 Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta, Georgia. I\'m extremely grateful and blessed for these opportunities with these prestigious organizations to display what kind of professional I can be, while gaining valuable knowledge and experience that have equipped me for a successful career in the industry. I have a strong work ethic and a desire to be the best at whatever I do, however significant the job, and I love to take advantage of opportunities to show that, and grow as a person. My experience in the industry consists of several different operational aspects of sport: • Recruiting/talent evaluation • Facilities management • Operations/event management • Sales I believe that you cannot be a great leader if you aren\'t first a great follower, and so I strive to be the best version of myself by approaching every situation with a student mindset, that I can learn something from it. This has produced very good results for me in my young career already, and I cannot wait to see what heights I can reach.
