As a VCC Vice President, I have the primary responsibility for the execution of trade partner and supplier contracting and for pricing solicitation. I am directly responsible for maintaining open communication with owners, owner representatives, designers and vendors. I am also charged with overseeing progress payments, cost reports, maintaining budgets, schedule, conflict resolution and coordinating work product for the rest of project management team involved in a project.VCC is a general contractor and construction management services provider with experience working in all 50 states. In business since 1987, our experience in the construction industry ranges across the entire spectrum of product types in retail, office, multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, entertainment, health care, education, institutional and industrial.
