ABOUT JUSTIN CHIU
Justin is passionate about problem solving and being challenged with complex problems. He is experienced with the EPCM lifecycle, cost conscious continuous improvement, day to day plant operations troubleshooting, data analysis, and business development. In his free time, Justin enjoys going hiking, bouldering/rock climbing, and playing factory simulation/management video games. Justin has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.ASc) in Chemical Engineering from Queen\'s University and is also currently registered with the EGBC as an EIT as part of his pursuit for the P.Eng certification. Justin worked at Li-Cycle, a lithium-ion battery resource recovery company seeking to develop a closed loop economy for battery materials to enable a green future. At Li-Cycle, Justin worked hands-on alongside operators in a fast paced plant environment, troubleshooting and optimizing various process units such as filter presses and process ventilation.
