ABOUT JUSTIN CHINFEN
Justin Chinfen is an HR Reporting Analyst with Vancity, a values-based financial co-operative that operates 55 branches across British Columbia and is Canada\'s largest community credit union. In this role, he is responsible for building out the foundation for, demystifying, and championing the use of people data to help drive key business decisions. He also completed a one-year internal assignment as part of the HR Systems team, which primarily focused on supporting the Equity & People division implement technological solutions that allowed them to serve the business effectively. Justin is currently a CPHR candidate pursuing his professional designation. Prior to Vancity, he worked at Glentel Inc. as their HR Business Analyst after graduating from SFU\'s Beedie School of Business, with a BBA degree specializing in Human Resources and Management Information Systems. He also completed three internships during his undergrad that spanned several industries and types of roles. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is a passionate sports fan (especially hockey and tennis), an avid hiker, a craft beer enthusiast, and is always looking to plan his next travel adventure. One of his bucket list goals is to visit all seven continents, with his sights set on Africa as his next destination!
