About Justin Chien
My passion in successfully resolving operational gaps has enabled a spectrum of HW products to be delivered on to market. I accomplish this by accurately assessing the various perspectives and understanding requirements thereby equipping me to manage the team expectations, priorities, and deliverables. Success being a larger picture, I encourage and enable my teams to execute on our program, stand up all operations with quality and care. Leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch, manufacturing operations, customer beta/pilot programs, on-boarding, supply chain delivery, factory bring-up, RMA and end-of-life have become my experience platform.Coming form a background of Electrical Engineering, my education equipped me with the out-of-box approaches to every-changing problems in product development, manufacturing operations, and supply chain. I desired to approach the most volatile equations: the human communication and emotion behind all the technical development, marketing, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.My goal in this career is to make a difference in both the product I am a part of, and ultimately in the people I work with. Being operationally biased, I value proliferation of information flow which provides context to maximizing the success of all teammates’s goals.
